Information you provide directly includes:

• Name, email address, and phone number when you submit the contact or booking form, qualify for coaching, sign up for our email list, or contact us
• The content of the message you send us, including any details you choose to share about what you're looking for
• Scheduling details when you book a consultation or coaching session
• Any information you choose to share during coaching sessions
• Application details and personal information you share when applying for coaching
• Payment information you provide to our payment processor (we do not store full payment card details ourselves)
• Messages, voice memos, or other content you submit through forms

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive clinical or medical records through the contact form — a brief overview is plenty.

Information collected automatically when you visit may include browser type, operating system, device information, pages visited, time on page, click events (via Google Analytics), referring website or campaign source (UTM paramters), IP address (used for analytics and abuse prevention) and cookie data (see Section 8)

When you submit the contact form, your message is emailed to Frank Sharp so he can reply. Replying to that email starts a normal email conversation between you and us.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time. Once you unsubscribe, we will only send you transactional emails related to active services or purchases.

If you provide your mobile phone number you consent to receive text messages from Sharp OCD Coaching. 

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

• Coaching session notes: minimum 3 years or as required by industry standards
